You will have to heat the lens so it will come out. then you will find two phillips head screws to remove. otherwise you can break the lenses and replace. Or, possibly cut the screws and clips off from the back side.

I the bracket shown above in the correct orientation for a manual brake car as well? Seems that I have always seen that bracket bent downward when installed on a manual brake car.
The nuts that hold the air box to bottom of the hood are plated in a gold color similar to heater box and seat track nuts. Bolts that attach actuator to bottom of hood are black oxide.
Here are some photos of an NOS actuator and bracket. They have kind of an olive green look to them. I believe the shaft on the air grabber flapper was similar in color. The orange color on the flap assembly and end caps may be the same as the air cleaner top color....not 100% sure.
