Is the tach an original 7 grand tach or is it a re-pop 8 grand tach?

It must look something like this as Brewers sell it. It says in the description that it can be used on E or B bodies. It looks like the green wire goes thru the firewall and connects to the starter relay.

Guys, I'm looking for close up pics of the 1971 B-body fuel vapour return line. Specifically how it runs on the passenger inner fender to the firewall and down. I want to mount one on my Runner as the inner fender has the indent and mounting hole for the clip that holds the line in place. Thanks.

I too switched mine out with a tach. I kept the same lens and put a small rubber plug in the hole.

Correct YY1. The bottom of the stripe is to be located in the middle of the wheel opening. On the OP photo, that stripe is too far to the right & you can see the bottom of the stripe is nowhere near the middle of the wheel opening.
