I never ran straight 100LL AVGAS. I would mix it with 93 or 91 ethanol free.
I even mixed 110 Sunoco race gas as a blend.
I did this for local drives.
but if I did a long distance run I used the Octane Supreme mixed with 93 pump.
Google using AVGAS in old cars - there are lots of...

real TEL in it.
used it for well over 10 years on all my old cars.
The lead content is about the equivalent of the old school "low lead" gas from the late 90's ,less than a gram per gallon - but will still turn your pipes white on the...
would love to find a "fin" car from late 50's and early 60's
I think they are the coolest looking cars ever!
my only problem is my garage is about 4' to short to keep in LOL
honestly don't now if I will ever be able to buy a nice car again.
the GTX I had was my last chance, and had to sell it all off for personal reasons.
Every car I see listed, they want stupid money for.
and they seem to have more wrong with them than right.
was at Kissimmee this year. only...
so .. the 71 440+6 convertible cuda (red one) was somewhere around 925K when it hit a wall. -- thats crazy stuff.
and the real kicker for me --- 1986 Wagoneer for 145K (restored). I had two them over the years - should have stuffed away in a garage LOL.
CRAZY money flying around...
if FL we can use the tag issued in the year the car was made. Also - they are county assigned numbers. Leon (state capital #13) is hard as hell to find.
The one I had on my Challenger will go on my 70' GTX one day.....
sales over $600 they have to report 1099/1096 if you are not doing business as a C/S Corp or LLC
so if you are independent contractor, self employed - you get a 1099. you will need to report this income on your 1040 tax return.
the tax payer id can be a SSN or a Federal Employer...
it really works !
i had a 72 454 Vette about 20 yrs ago that had a legit 48,500 mile on it.
had typical carbon crap from years of running leaded fuel.
I did a bottle every 3rd-4th tank for over 7 years of driving it (50K miles).
before i sold it, I took a bore scope and looked around inside the...
I have had a BUNCH of ebody's
440 sixpack, hemi and 383 cars.
nothing cheap about fixing one up ---- period.
I have done one or two just like what you have and it ended up a nightmare at the body shop once they started digging into it.
be sure you have a good 50K to play with. decent...
god I had no idea.
i have been trying to get a hold of him for months, to say hello.
George was an awesome person!
Always helped me and never asked for anything.
I will miss you my friend - rest in peace.
if the car is going to be for you too keep and drive and you love 70' Cuda's - 10K be fair
Since you are gonna be way north of 60K before you get done with it (if u wanna put it back to a stock 440 U code car).
otherwise I would not mess with it.
I have had a bunch of E-Bodies - and they are...
well I guess two things...
1st - I would sooooo like for the build sheet for my 70 440+6 GTX to miraculously appear
and (most important to me)
all kids at St. Judes to walk out Christmas morning 100% cured (asking a lot but its XMAS and I can ... )
I was able to stop by David's house about a week or so ago to see him and say hello.
Spent a good 30 minutes just talking about cars and stuff.
David is a great guy and meant a lot to people for many different reasons.
He will be missed.
RIP my friend - will see you on the other side.
