Dragon Slayer collects and rebuilds/restores Hemi carbs. However I don’t know if he actually markets them or just collects them for personal interest. You could PM him to find out.

As far as I can tell they are not side specific. The drilled hole pattern on one half is a mirror image of the hole pattern on the other end.
