I think I would have one very reputable shop do the motor, and have A&A transmission do up the transmission. As far as suspension call up Dr. Diff and see if he knows any good shops in the area. He can build you a strong 3rd member and supply you with axles and brakes. Good luck on your search.
IIRC the guy who designed the charger had built a convertible but never finished it. And a guy here in Washington bought it to finish it. It was featured in a mopar magazine in the 90's. And even was at a local car show. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures.
There's a guy in Spanaway Washington that does seatbelt that look factory.
Allmoparseatbelts.com he does a really good job. Also can do seat covers and whatever else you may need.
