Mine used to pop out of gear on decel, I used a dremel with a tiny cut off wheel to repoint them. Took my time, didn't take off any more than necessary to make them sharp again.

Thats what I was hoping for when I found the chunks but check that out. Luckily I think I found a new 3.91 dana style sure grip third member and will get a new sure grip unit for my 3.55 set eventually.

Looks like the plymouth is getting a new sure grip. On Dr Diffs website it says he no longer sells Eatons due to inconsistent quality issues, he offers his Sure trac as an alternative. Anybody have any input on them? The regular clutch type unit is out of stock on his website.
