I have their 5 quart chrome pan and it looks really good. Thick metal, it has a nice weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. All the bolt holes line up as they should. I'll buy another when the time comes.
Typically you should measure closer to the center of the bore but From what I'm seeing from you ruler you're pretty close to stock. To be more accurate you really need a micrometer.

I just looked it up on Mancini's website and for the intake, carbs, and linkage you're looking at $1900 before tax. It might not be original but there are a lot of original parts in a junkyard.
Hi guys, I'm considering building a 512 or 528 stroker motor out of my 440. It will mainly see street duty but I do want to some racing when the urge strikes. Has anyone used the 440 Source heads and what do you think of them?
I had the same problem once. The machine shop told me the block was twisted and that's why the cam wouldn't go in with the new bearings. They had to shave my cam bearings to get the cam to go in.
