Agreed, If you go the 512 route the Stealth's are IMO, out of their league in any reworked incarnation.
Being up in Canada we used to charge $1,000 CAD(about $750 USD) for what we called a "Street Port" on new OOTB Stealth's.... Ported all the way through/pushrod pinch etc and with redone Seat...
IMO, everything else equal, any hp gains TF Vrs Stealth should be proportional to the "average" flow increases the Engine can utilize ?
My best guess from your info might be 25-30 hp peak with average hp gains obviously lower.
IMO, when making a comparison such as this it's important to remember...
Depends upon the Bearing 'eccentricity' now doesn't it ? and how much time does it spend and how COLD really ?
P Bearings can exhibit .0045" to sometimes as much as .0065" Clearance over closer to the parting lines depending upon the 'crush' applied during Housing Sizing.

* Bearing Clearances present
* Oil/Operating Temperature
* Oil Weight

You can get the Street Dominators quite close to Max Wedge sizing to retain good underhood clearance on an RB..... the trick for us has been to get the 'volume' back a good 3-4 inches up into and transitioning the runner.
We use the factory retainers, stock neoprene seals in the Kits..... never an issue.
We 'hang' every BB Mopar engine we assemble here with just the Crank/Seal installed and completely submerged in Oil for a few hours before proceeding with the rest of the assembly.

The 2 BBL Cam doesn't have sufficient Lift nor Duration to take advantage of the added Airflow the 4 BBL Intake provides.... forget it !

Piston selection is absolutely critical with 440's in regards to the 'compression distance' of the Piston, and probably one of the first areas to consider adding to the Budget.
Do NOT accept Pistons spec'd in the low 1.9's Compression Distance range, with even the 1.99" offerings extremely...
A few questions if you don't mind.
Rotating Assembly Oil 'throw off' is an integral component to Cam/Lifter Oiling in these engines.... and the unimpeded flow of Oil is also critical to Bearing and Engine Temps in Performance applications
What Bearing Clearances are in the Engine that you are...
