440 back between the fenders after a decade

Hey, you said fenders. Lol. Looking good. Having the heart in place gets the motivation going. Hope to see that beaut in the near future.

Chargers for sale by crack addicts

I've always thought this thread is named wrong. If crack addicts were selling? They would all be for $200. Most definitely stolen.

Establishing a VIN number from the order number on radiator core support

Welcome to the jungle mopieman? If you have option? Then do it. It was always an option for your year. If so? Then do it. It could Always been a dealer option?

Establishing a VIN number from the order number on radiator core support

My '69 GTX core support starts with "X" some space before the production number. Again. Maybe my car may not be best example?

Establishing a VIN number from the order number on radiator core support

My '69 GTX trunk, rad core, engine and VIN are different. I already knew it was not even close to numbers matching. But Damn! Someone 30 years ago put this car together from what I can gather of 2 different GTX and 1 Sport Satellite. The guy passed away nearly 20 years ago. So trail is cold...

    auction, or sell out right?

There is no doubt in my mind. And I believe most here at B-bodies would agree, that buying is alot more fun than selling. Buyers remorse is usually less severe than a seller's mourning.

    auction, or sell out right?

Can B-bodies do an auction? If nothing else would be interesting. And you can be better assured of a respectful buyer. Sometimes that's as important as price. I understand the site is not designed for that specifically. And it would be a somewhat closed auction. But I think there is opportunity...

    Fair Price for a 68 or 69 R/T?

I offered $25k on an '69 Charger SE 318 car. The body and frame was decent. (Certainly worthy of body work.) Engine ran from a can. (Fuel tank obviously bad.) My offer was turned down.

Which car is worth more ?

The '69 is what's in your way of your '70 build. Causing conflict. I am willing to buy the '69 from you so focus can be restored to you and you're own. I'm selfless that way. (I'm afraid to look. Is he by chance buying my poor sales pitch?)

Which car is worth more ?

I think Kern is right. Unless you're a Gen II Charger ninja that knows them inside and out. The running car would likely attract more interests. What $$ are you thinking?

Chargers for sale by crack addicts

Might actually give then a call. I'm sure car is gone or fake. But to see what they are about? Wouldn't surprise me of a scam. One scam is "The car is available. But can't view at this time. But can be shipped to a dealer of your choice." Yeah right.

That would make more sense. The only date is copyright "DodgeCharger.com" 2023

Because that's worse than false advertising. It's bribery. But since you thought and said it? Lead the charge?

    $40,000 BIN! OK.

Charger prices are crazy. A friend has a '69 bone base Charger. 383 column shift. (It's black on black, thus gets a bump for that.) I had my '69 GTX up with his car at the local pub. Both cars are simular solid #3 driver quality, but both shows certainly decent for local type shows. I've driven...

Chargers for sale by crack addicts

I wouldn't be ashamed to drive that car around. It's paying the $60k+ I would keep a secret. Lol. Personally? I believe true value is half the asking price. $29k would be a decent score. JMO.

Reserve not met. What a pile of ****.

Goes to show how fortunate one who has a nice Gen II #2-3 Charger? I believe it's a #5 car by condition. #1 = Concourse level condition. And/or full unrestored excellent condition. #2 = Show quality with some street use. (What everyone wants.) #3 = Driver quality. Showing driving wear. Some...

Chargers for sale by crack addicts

I actually seen worse. But of course, that's the whole theme of this thread. I believe this SE is $10k too high of asking. But it only takes one to pay that to prove me wrong.

    Find of the century... '69 Charger - HEMI 4-spd - 15 miles

It does look to be better than a #2 car? But not "Concourse" level #1? The body gaps are not as true as it certainly could be. A $100k car I'm my opinion. But it would look nice in my garage?
