I had someone in the car on the lift and I looked through the neutral safety switch hole and it lines up perfectly im just gonna live without them. Two years working on this car and its the only thing that doesn't work are the reverse lights

The 727 in my charger seems to have some play in it is there a way to adjust the rod mounted to the transmission and get that play out. I recently changed the rooster comb and not sure if that changed anything.

Everyone thinks its the float so ill adjust it hopefully that's it, he has a Holley 750 Double pumper on the car

My buddy has a 69 Charger RT 440 car and if he makes a hard stop the engine stalls, if he stops normally it ok any ideas what it would stall on a hard stop, Thanks

My cars a 69 but I believe the transmission is a 67 or 68 when I hook it up and put it in drive the reverse lights stay on don’t come on in park or neutral just come on in reverse and the forward gears does the transmission have to be pulled out again to fix it

If my transmission is a 67 can I put the 3 pin in it because my wiring is 3 pin will it work correctly

Is a 1967 68 and 69 727 neutral safety switch all the same or was the earlier ones different from a 69

A guy by me is selling he said it’s a 8 3/4 rear section but the part number is 1634985 and a date code A24 I’ve seen 741 742 and 489 but never a 985 anybody know what it’s from

Did the 69 charger RT 440 have a factory windage tray

Its a B&M converter 3500 it was smoking pretty bad does it make sense to drain and put a new filter in or is that a waste of time, The car doesn't move at all when in any gears or reverse. Maybe just take it to the shop? Curious How many quarts does it take 8 or 9?.

It does have a burnt smell to it i hope i didn't damage it by driving. How many hurts does it take ? I can never drain the converter unless i have a machine hooked up to it right? wheres a good place to get the filter just on line? When i got it i did the brake lines, master cylinder new fluid...

Great thanks i had the car out today for like the first time since i have it, The car sat 30 years and when i drove it the engine rpm would go up high and then the tranny kick in i believe it has a B&M 3500 stahl speed in it, then the tranny started smoking real bad i shut it down and towed it...

Can anyone advise whats the stock RPM is for the converter in a 727 tranny its a a 69 charger RT 440 engine

I think my vapor canister might be clogged in my 440. A lot of people say you don't need it just plug the vent line. What do you guys think.?

Im going to change the heater hoses on my 440 charger and its says 5/8" on each of the hoses is that correct for a 440 heater core. i always thought they were different sizes but maybe thats for a small block can anyone advise. Thanks
