Get a Chassis Dyno and see when it levels off. My 440 stops pulling before 4900. There is no reason to go there. I just upshift. Rods first to compromise on mine. Go to the other thread where owners want their BB to wind like a small block.

Got it. I thought that the clutch in 09 R/T with the M6 was too light and Mickey Mousey. Easy to stall too. The original configuration in the old dog 69 feels just right. Not too heavy.

A8 ZF TorqFlite is the best. Just requires a hole the size of the Grand Canyon when gutting the Coronet. I like the SST Tremec 5 in the Coronet.

If you put a 6.4 in, you’ll want the ZF TorqFlite A8 too right? (Don’t bother with the Getrag 5). Show us the size of the hole you have to cut when gutting the R/T. Put efi on the 440.
