Painting your car by matching it to your 50 year old hood springs???

Mercedes has a color green that works for F4 in B/C... I’m more of a fan of single stage these days.. color match is a pain but worth it. My deck lid has plenty to work with thankfully. Lighting does play with paint but idk about that one.

Sports roof is the 68-70 charger, hard top would be the coronet in the Dodge line up. 71 and up I believe that got dropped as the charger roof line changed.

Anybody ever removed a floor from 1 car and installed in another?

We have done it, it’s time consuming but worth every penny in my book. I was a young kid and his dad was restoring a RR ragtop and in the summer I’d hang out there and visit and drill welds.

Taillights Painting Chroming Etc - What colors and treatment?

Almost reminds me of the old 80s ford truck argent on the non chrome rear bumpers.

Increasing rear tire clearance in a '70 Charger.

KD I would personally not use panel bond, most glues have a life of 7-10 years of use, while they don’t let go it’s not a weld.. I do understand , that was from a paint rep years ago. I’m just sharing what I know/ have heard. All those jumped chargers make me cringe even if they say they aren’t...

Duplicolor DE1653 compared to MP P4349218AB??

No worries, there are some outstanding rattle can paints for engines if needed. Bill Hirsch is the brand I used last and it was a dead ringer to my small block blue. You may also get it in qts. I think that you could actually brush on or use for touch ups.
