    Coil-over conversions

Honestly not a fan of them, torsion bar offers many advantages and leaf springs are simple to work with. Depends on your objective. What are you looking to do with it? The Chrysler suspension was light years ahead of others, look at some other threads by, superbeemike and kerndog while theirs...

Correct power steering pump for 68 383 with A/C

Guys, I have a question what is the correct power steering pump for my 68 sport satellite with a 383 and A/C factory. The articles and books I’ve seen say the TRW was used with out A/C. That leaves the Federal and Saginaw pumps. For those that have any info I would sure appreciate it. My FSM...

Need help with sway bar!!!! 69 k frame with QA1 lca

I’d recommend using the correct k frame being you have the 69,is it in the car? If it’s all there why not get the 69 style Lca’s versus swapping a k member to 70 style. Save yourself dropping the K member and put the right parts back in... I know the 70 uses the tabs and a different K member...

    1936 Plymouth, rear sway bar

Idk what kind of ball joints you would need. I will say you may want to weigh that car. Find out how much front end weight there is and buy springs accordingly and consider some for the rear too. Mustang 2 is pretty light imo for a heavy car.

    1936 Plymouth, rear sway bar

What suspension is on the front? Fat man or mustang 2? What springs are there and how old ?I would measure it and call firm feel .. There some 70 E bodies that came with factory rear sway bar . There are several issues that could cause this while a bar will help flatten it out everything else...

    1936 Plymouth, rear sway bar

Was the rear axle narrowed at all? What year of Coronet was it pulled from? Rear sway bars started appearing really in 71. I would measure a factory rear sway bar from 71 and look at how it mounts to see if it fits. If you don’t use a factory one use one from Firm Feel, you could also check with...

looking for advice on suspension, brakes etc

I wouldn’t go borgeson. I would recommend calling firm feel! I’m not a fan of that little box, some will say otherwise but I’m telling ya firm feel kicks butt.. and the parts fit with not cutting.

Energy are a different type of material and stay quiet. They are poly too. PST my boots got hard, failEd no warranty on those and you can’t use a regular boot to replace them that will stay on properly. I called PST awhile back and they advertise lifetime warranty but my boots on all my joints...
