I looked at one I have for Dodge. almost exactly the same as Savoy had o ring and metal ring, it is in the center of the wheel I pulled it out and it pushes back in nicely.

It's been quite a while I think it had a o ring and a wire band. It just pushes on and pops off.

Mine looked like that to start with. I did it myself back in 2011 to date only has one small hair line crack.

Are your wheels 14"? I tried putting poverty caps on my rear wheels and they will not fit. Mine are 15"

Turns out per their books, only SS 64 Hemis had arm rest delete. 62-64s were stock interiors per model.

I have the Jim Schild, 64 Authenticity Guide and the Jim Schild Larry Griffith Guide also. I'll do some looking and let you know what I find.

Factory in dash tac, No trunk lid SS strip under the P L Y M O U T H. I have another parts car with the trunk lid, with out the SS strip. no holes to indicate it ever had one. I saw one other 64 without the strip.

Big surprise when I open the hood. EVERYBODY expects a Hemi Or Max Wedge. 225/ with 2X2 carbs. 3 speed on the floor, 8 3/4, people see it as a 4 speed until they look closer or I point it out. I'll take some pictures of it later today and post, I recall not taking very many or no resto pictures...
