    I would not call us bottom feeders. More like common sense people. If I had that kind of money, and no idea how to work on it, what would be the point? My feeling is just looking at it may be fine, but you never connect with it in the sense if you know it's little quirks that the car may develop...

    Funny you mention a 56 t bird. When i was in high school there was a used car dealer where I lived. He had a back row of 55 to 60 t birds in various stages of disrepair, they were selling at an average of $200.00 dollars apiece. That was in the 70's. Maybe not a lot of parts support for those...

    No way this car is worth 65k. People are nuts today. Tried to get a flasher switch for my '67 Belvedere the guy wanted $165.00, told him to keep it.
