Max Wedge cars in 62 did not come with a shroud. As far as hot in Alabama is concerned, I saw 110 degrees last summer. My car has never approached hot. I will agree that a shroud helps in air flow, but that's not all that needs to be addressed in a proper working cooling system.
I have the 14 pieces of side trim for a 67 Satellite that I need done at present, and finding a vendor is almost impossible. I found one that seemed to know what to do, but his price was like I can have new made for that money.
Appropriately 4 1/4" from the fender edge to the front of the turnsignal indicator as mounted. That is on one side of the ruler. On the other side of the ruler it's 4" due to the angle of the front fender.
I had my original restored. My car had a scheduled production date of 11 30 69. My VIN date is 12 69. I don't have a picture handy of the wiper motor, but the best I remember is it was about 2 months prior to the build date. I will check tomorrow at some point.
I see no reason to retain them with the car, as the car isn't matching numbers. You stated that they would not return to the car, so the decision should be easy.

Lots of factors. Year, make, engine? Also what other modifications already made? Are there enough modifications that it cannot go back stock.
True a Satellite is worth less than a RR, or a GTX, but have you enhanced the value of your car? Personally I don't throw much away, or sell things...
