They came out of a 70 RR that my buddies and I restored some 15 years ago. It was the original Dana 60 for the car which came from the factory with 3.54's. I have never owned a D70 or a truck Dana.

Clarify your ad. Are you looking for the Inland shifter handle for a console to bolt on to the the Hurst shifter conversion kit? Hurst and Inland don't go together unless it's the conversion shifter by Hurst.
I don't know what they have in your locality, but not to far from me is a company called Trim Line Designs. They can take a picture of that decal and replicate it. You might shop around at some of the places that do custom graphics.
Any 67 B body with bucket seats can have headrests. If the car was not equipped with headrests, there is now a kit available to make provisions for headrests. This kit will work on 66 as well. The problem I see is finding the headrests. Pricey conversion but doable.
