You got a defective rad, obviously. However I bought the same but from Classic Industries. The radiators are made by US Radiator which is the OER brand. Mine was perfect and cools great. I got the 3 row since 4 row in copper can sometimes actually block air flow.

Tapered roller bearings should be slightly loose as compared to tight. You have to disassemble and physically inspect each bearing to determine if anything is wrong with them. Otherwise CPP does use China bearings.
I doubt your issue is with bearings, because bad bearing noise would not go away...
I would guess $100 each if in near new looking condition, more with wheels. Some may want them for show purposes and some may not care about age. their choice as long as you disclose the age
Evidently there may have been multiple suppliers for front drum brakes. Dorman lists front studs for Budd brakes and Motor Wheel brakes with studs at .650" knurl Both 10" brakes
Kelsey Hayes brakes have studs with .625 knurl. The Kelsey hayes are shown as 11" brakes
Routine procedure at any good automotive paint store. At least it is here in the "big" city. They use a Spectrophotometer then the paint tech makes any fine adjustments by sight if needed. 100% match. Don't you have any automotive paint stores in your area? Or body shops that have their own...
All cars can and do have some real bitch things to fix. I use to enjoy working on my own cars when I was younger, not any longer. All I can say is if it's that miserable of a job for you, you need to hire it out to an experienced shop
