How many of you have had a torsion bar break. I had a 73 Satellite in the late 70’s. Parked on a job site in the morning, and when I got back in the car to drive home, noticed something wrong . Torsion bar broke sitting still.
If I had that adjustable proportioning valve I would use it. The kit I bought came with a replacement non-adjustable valve and I’m still working thru issues and thinking about adding an adjustable valve.
Added the pump and brackets. Changed the crank pulley. Swapped the manual steering box for the Borgeson. Shortened the steering shaft and used Bergman’s coupler. You don’t need to cut the steering shaft, just collapse it the amount necessary.
