I rolled out some epoxy on my car, even with mask, I felt dizzy after awhile. I'm definitely upgrading next time..

I was told years ago that isocyanates can get in your eyes too so you need to use some type of half respirator with the mask. I stopped painting for that reason

When do you " block" it out? After sandable primer?

Epoxy I've used has been rock hard, hard to feather/sand. So you epoxy, Bondo, sand Bondo, filler primer over that? I've had problems feather edging over epoxy

How is the feathering of filler over epoxy?

Went to close the door, and it's stuck here. Feels like the rods are still hooked up. I have had to raise the door a tad lately to close it. How do I get it open? Gently kick from inside?

I finally put mine in a trailer, and drove it shop to shop, 1/2 wouldn't even come out to look at it, just say 10-15,000. AND I would have it stripped in primer. I would of painted it myself if I could find a booth. Isocyanates are nothing to play with Hope you find a good one!

No regular shops would touch mine, too much money in collision work. I saw alot of cars in "paint jail" in my travels... I ended up vinyl wrapping mine, I wanted to drive it not wait 2-3 years...
