Just curious what you paid for that wheel ? You can have someone refinish an original for decent money and know its done correctly .

I'd complain , when I buy something it shouldn't come rusty unless it needs restoring . Send it back like Moparnation said and buy a refinished original .

That looks good - you can definately tell they are cleaner mine could use a clean as well as they are 50 years old . So you just put them in a wash bag in the machine ? Then just hang to dry .. Did it scratch the paint on the buckles ?

You will need an amp to hear anything if you have headers or a louder than stock exhaust .
