What rear axle was in that 140 hp. car and will it handle a 455? Buick 350 and Oldsmobile 403 were optional when new, if you want to retain factory specs.
I like old gizmos that existed before phone apps took over. My dad had something similar in cardboard but it was for figuring out the cost of shipping items in the cargo hold at the airline. It was called a "Freight Weight Rate Mate".

I've also seen the same thing, without the top slider, in similar year Jeeps.
I wish that was in my neighborhood, I'd snatch it up. A bit of genuine Chrysler memorabilia to add to the shop as a conversation piece. Even if it didn't work it would still add to the flavour. Dimming the neighborhood lights is just a bonus. :)
