It's the whole lens assembly not just the lenses which are replaceable... You need to find an original lens as it will be attached to the piece you are missing. They pop up on e-bay and the first one shown just sold. I hope you got it!

The guy who did the seats just did a horrible recreation of what he thought would look good with the material he had. The back seat is even more hideous than the fronts. The fronts at least appear to have foam under them.
