    1967 Plymouth GTX Stripes

Gloss painted on. Do you know if they came on it factory? Do you care? Only 1/4 of them came with stripes. Show fender tag as it will tell the story of stripes and their color.

1967 Charger - Front Chrome Fender "C" Molding hardware needed

I like the idea of cutting off a screw, that way it is plated and won't rust. Those black set screws are usually bare, and do they make them long enough? Put a nut on it before cutting, then file and clean up the cut end and remove the nut so the threads will be clean and accept a nut upon...

    Front Fender Signal Lens Mounting

That tape or clear silicone. The factory had 2 sided tape on them along with the clips.

1966 Satellite hood insulation installation ???

Why? Because the factory part doesn't have a smooth side, both sides are rough. And it's molded so it can only go on one way. That aftermarket piece of **** he has is 2 inches thick, it will be like an SOS pad on your 440 GTX pie tin, and that's a $500+ mistake these days,

1966 Satellite hood insulation installation ???

Smooth to the hood. That is a generic thick one, it can rub your aircleaner if it sits up high. Now they sell a molded hood pad which is closer to factory and not as thick.

    Using 3M soft edge tape?

You don't put the edge down on the surface, you leave it up in the air and then you don't have a hard paint line.

    Battery tray color

Always body color. If it was black it was re-painted. Keep in mind batteries commonly spilled acid back in th day and the trays led a hard life so it may have been replaced.

I removed the top fender/door/rear quarter moldings off 1966 Satellite

Start by cleaning the dirt from the edges of the clips, a wet toothbrush works great. The trim goes on the clips at an angle. Don't go straight down on the clip, you will bend the edge of the trim or break the clips. Put one side of the trim on the body next to the edge of the clip, the other...

Rust Bubbles - How Big of an issue?

Just for laughs, this car probably not too bad.

Rust Bubbles - How Big of an issue?

Rockers are thick and galvanized. I've seen them pitted but still quite strong. The sheetmetal over the rockers gets rust damaged and eaten up much easier.

Rust Bubbles - How Big of an issue?

This is on the drivers side quarter panel on front of the tire. So it is just sheet metal, not the rocker that we see rust bubbling.

Rust Bubbles - How Big of an issue?

True, but when you fix this you will make one patch and replace the whole area. So rust bubbles aren't going to hurt anything if they grow here.

Talking Trim. Identifying Chrome VS Polished Stainless

Your drip rail is stainless. Feel how heavy it is, and how rigid it is. Aluminum is not like that. I do chrome by hand, no buffer.

    66 vs 67 Satellite/GTX Hood

You have to drill the underside of a 1966 hood for GTX scoops. 1967 has access holes stamped at factory, even on 4 doors and wagons. As for the corners maybe someone who owns both a 1966 and 1967 can check this out and let us know. @AR67GTX
