Get some weld wheels, they have a large center hole.
Those 15x8 steel wheels are about 32 lbs each, kinda kills the performance of any car.

There are drains in the windshield channel the empty inside the cowl. LOOK at your car. So filling the drain holes is not good. None of this suggested project is worthwhile IMO. Leave it alone.
What size and compound tires are you using? Front and rear. Rear soft compound drag tires? Radial or bias ply? How wide are they, this will affect your problem.
Are those numbers after they aligned it or before. Looking at those number the car won’t drive very good.
What type of driving...
I have seen that on several cars over the years. It just doesn’t work and it looks bad in person. Very bad.
Discussing this with others there and it was just about a unanimous dislike for this modification.
Keep in mind this is at a mopar car show and most folks there like stock original...
You cannot rewrite what fits, go buy some drum spindles and move forward.
The right (wrong) stuff needs different (specific) spindles.
Wilwoods fit stock drum spindles.
These are different spindles, no matter how bad it hurts you.
