You might get the rears to fit if you use a 66-67 rear axle. I have never measured but it would be worth investigating. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure it won't fit unless you go 70's and hang them out in the breeze. The fronts will fit, I have a friend running them.

Short answer is no. I think you can still buy those new. It's expensive enough to get a bumper rechromed these days let alone something as complicated as a two piece wheel.
If those were the original Klassics without the ring around the center then yes.
I'm no expert either but it seems 69 and early 70 were no size and most 70's had a size on them. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will let us know.
