I did this on my 70RR 7 years ago for $1100 plus parts (moog). Honest and skilled alignments only shop in Fairfield NJ that knows old cars, only do front ends. He finished in 3 days while working on other stuff. Drives great. I think he is retired now but trained his nephew to take over the shop...
Anyone try QA1 stocker stars? I keep waiting for a set to end up on the shelves at summit's outlet center. Got close last week when I saw a pair at the arlington store but they were for mustangs unfortunately. I don't need a new set of shocks but I really want them.
I go to a polish guy here in North jersey who worked on these when they were new. He just sold the shop to his nephew after he taught him the business for a year...kid is in his 20's and can do a torsion bar Mopar alignment with his eyes closed. Good thing because I have two mopes in the garage...
Classic industries has this kit for 499. You can get it for as little as 425 when they run promotions.

Or call some local diesel truck shops, there are bound to be places that can do custom springs.
shock mounting plates are what you need, Mancini sells all the hardware. The springs you can get from many places.. PST is a site sponsor and sells them.
I'm partial to my 11 inch "death brakes", I just avoid driving in the rain and keep away from standing water. I am going to send a set of drums to them and see how they perform. Thanks for the info!
Thanks James. Right now I just want to get aligned and go, but eventually I will need to do a front end rebuild. PST is on my list for next winter thanks for your help!
I need replacement LCA's and can't find any aftermarket, wondering if anyone knows if these are produced anywhere. Also when searching used, which years interchange with the 70 B body? Thanks!
