it depends on a lot of things but I would say 5-10% increase. I added headers and intake to a '71 383 hp and it went from upper 200's to 330. Change to bigger carb and new cam and expect more. All depends on combination of parts used. Bottom line is you will feel the change.
Definitely get headers. They suck to work around when hot but the performance gain is noticeable. I use hooker 1 7/8 comps and tti 2.5" full exhaust, didn't need to mod the headers at all to fit...and I have power steering.
Don't know if they're correct, but TTI makes stainless oval tips (plymouth) that look great on a 68-70 B body.
