All are junk yard pulls.

But check your junk yards for a 80s F body.
They came with 15X7 steel wheels.

The 70 A bodies have the bracket and bumper as part of the fender assembly.
But on a 67 B body, the bracket is NOT a part of the fender.
In other words, remove the B body fender and the bumper stays with the car.
In my haste I didn't think to check my A body spares.
