Even though I have all Milwaukee for the garage tools, I do have a Lowes Kolbalt 80V leaf blower and weed wacker that are going on 5 years now and they are great!
I have the 1/2" Milwaukee impact and the impact driver that I use a 3/8 drive along with various bits. You need to drive some screws? These will do it. I use the driver 95% of the time. I only have to bust out the 1/2" for the really tough stuff.
Milwaukee rocks. My impact and drill are 8 years old and don't miss a beat. Added more batteries, lights, buffer and even a portable vacuum. Love em all.

My plan today was to scrape undercoating off my Charger that's on the lift. The high bay lights are on a separate circuit then the main area with 12 T8 fixtures with LED bulbs designed for them. Well today when I flipped the lights on I heard a crackling...
The Grizzly or the Bel-Air are both great compressors. Shipping will be brutal. I would go with the one Mike posted for now to get started, it will run a paint gun just fine. When its time to upgrade you will get your $300 back.
I keep them in the large bottom drawer of my tool box. There is really only three I use anymore. The DA, die grinder, and right angle grinder. Although I will replace the grinders with M12's soon. They all just take up space these days with the battery stuff stepping up to the plate and no hose...
My shop is 28 x 40 and a single 36k BTU Mitsubishi mini split heats and cools it fine in South Carolina. I also used scissor trusses in one bay to accommodate a lift.
