What did you do to your Mopar today?

Over our Canadian Thanksgiving weekend I finally had a chance to take my Mother In-Law out for a cruise in the Coronet....I'd promised her back around Mothers day that I would but weather, work, holidays and schedules never aligned to make it happen. Beautiful day for October and...

are these simulated arc flash headlights really necessary?

I've just taken to turning on my high beams whenever there is a car coming towards me with these crazy ignorant bright lights. And the worst part is the watt ratting between low and high beam on these modern lights are about 5 watts and it's almost undetectable visually that they are not always...

    1974 Sebring pretty cool

My little white books don't show any info for the 72-74 Satellites or Sebrings, but the 74 RR with a 400/4spd there were only 280 made so I would assume that this would be a one of maybe 30-40 cars at best?

    Mopar sightings.

I had a rare sighting a week or so ago, passing north through the small town of Hixon BC in my commercial truck and what do I see coming towards me but a Hemi Orange 70 Superbird!! Didn't see the plate on the car so don't know if it was a local car, or out of province or maybe up/down from...

Need tips on a road trip to trailer a car back from California

I do long road trips all the time, 20-30hrs rounders with no stopping. My truck is old so I bring a bunch of spare parts, Alternator, belt, pullies, relays, wiring etc for repairs on the roadside if needed and a big bag of tools. Always carry two spare tires for the truck, and have one spare...

What does it for you? The old or the new?

The new stuff really does nothing for me. Are they powerful machines capable of out performing the old muscle cars...absolutely, but they just have no personality, character or soul IMO.

New wall mount for my wrenches.

I have one of those in my tool box for when a nut/bolt strips off...worth a try at least. ;)

1970 Super Bee: Thoughts on this car for sale? And intro from Minnesota.

For 65K I'd be looking for a higher level of detail than what I'm seeing in those pics. Over spary, mufflers/exhaust pieced in and old gungy aluminized pipes, and something about that trunk floor doesn't look right to me?

1970 Super Bee: Thoughts on this car for sale? And intro from Minnesota.

Yeah you can't call it a survivor with a full repaint and non-original drive train...unless he could document the motor was a warranty motor back in the 70's. I'd like to see that price in the $55K area.

1972 RR V-Code 8/24 Deadwood SD not mine, is it real?

I agree about the records existing even when they say they do not. I friend of mine is trying to get registration for an old truck that has been off the road for decades, he sent a letter to the provincial insurance corporation and they were able to give him the name and address of the last...

1970 Super Bee: Thoughts on this car for sale? And intro from Minnesota.

Neat car for sure and being an original V-Code car in the combo you've dreamed of, if I were in your shoes, might sway me to pay a little more for it. I agree with Chargervert and others that as it sits you might be looking at a $37-45K car so his asking price of $42K to me seems to be in the...

    SKUNK

We live up north and in rural area and just a week or so ago I was out working on my daughter car when I heard what sounded like a horse galloping down the road, actually said to myself.."Well you don't hear that everyday"....then it changed direction and came crashing through the forest and was...

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Helping my Son-in-law build himself a decent 1st Gen Cummins truck...guess I've been a bad influence! ;) Had his truck in the shop and found that we needed some new front hubs, well after looking into the price of new/used hubs and the other parts required to swap from DRW to SRW on the front...

    Truck Cap Good or Bad

Nice thing about the softopper is the fact it folds up to the head of the box and you can get a load of mulch, gravel etc then just put the top back up. Takes less than 2 min to fold the top down and maybe 3 min to put it back up. If you need to haul tall stuff just fold the top down and haul...

    Truck Cap Good or Bad

I've been running a softopper on my 84 W350 Cummins crewcab for close to 10 years and absolutely love it, it's such a versatile canopy cover. How do you get a motorbike inside your canopy....you fold it up and drive the bike in the back then put the top back down! Softopper – Dodge Ram...
