    A heat gun will do a decent job and I've used one more than once when I didn't want to get fire in the area I was working on. The fact that actually snapped off being the size they are is suprising...you shouldn't be able to snap one off with a 1/2" drive bar if it is clean like that....looks...

    Did a wheel swap between the 2 cars. WOW< is an understatement

    I personally love raised white letter tires and think it just gives the 60's/70's cars a more "performance" look, your cars looks great with them as is....but hey it's your car do what makes you happy! ;)

    Removing a Knob

    I believe they just thread on to the shaft coming out of the switch. Might need a small pair of needle nose pliers to hold the shaft while trying to free up the knob.
