I’m not trying to get your hopes up but I have a box of Satellite trim I haven’t looked at in decades. I seem to recall at least one piece of trim but not sure if it’s fender, door or quarter. I will check this weekend and let you know.

Only difference is the cut out for the center vent. I had to replace my dash with a non AC dash and had to cut out the space for the vent. Worked fine.
Not sure I have those buttons as mine is an AC car. I'll check in a while. Your fan switch looks correct. Does it not work? The little pie tin insert on the headlight switch is available at Classic Industries or perhaps Year One.
