SEM makes a Trim Black. I used it on all my trim on my ‘66 Belvedere. Looked nearly identical to the original color and texture. Disclaimer: Your Charger may be different.
I'm guessing this is for a Charger as it looks like you posted on a Charger forum. I have a '66 Satellite that's nice and inexpensive, but probably doesn't help you.

It think MTbase is correct. I took mine out with the dash removed so I can't speak to your exact situation. There are, I believe, 4 nuts on the firewall. Remove those nuts, hoses and wire connectors under the hood. I removed my heater fan first by removing the 3 small hex screws which made...
