Yeah, check floats make sure fuel level is right at bottom of opening. Then check air idle screws on each metering block. Use a vacuum gauge. This will really help on those. Here's an article on adjusting vacuum secondaries...

Your 750 May be too small. Many opinions on this.. I'm running holley 850 double pumper with air horn removed on 383, same heads lighter cam though. I've tried holley...650 double pumper, 750 3310, and this 850. By far the 850 goes the best.. See if you can find different ones to try before...
