    An allen wrench... Maybe I assumed too much from other posts that you had removable bleeds. If they don't have a hex top , then they aren't removable and you will have to spray though them. Not a big problem; but the best way then is to spray from the body side (metering blocks removed).

    Yes, if you're spraying cleaner through the passages, remove the bleeds. Those you can put a wire through to make sure they're clear. Wear your eye protection!

    To repeat, you do NOT need the return line to be bigger than the supply line with your EFI system. Would it hurt? No...it'd just be a waste of money and time. Many EFI users even have the return SMALLER than the supply and things work great, though that's not how I do it nor would I recommend it.

    This is the basic layout, the 2x4 doesn't have the internal regulator like the single unit does so the plumbing is a little different. I would mount the regulator as far to the front/nearest the TBs as possible.

    How did you determine the O2 sensor was bad? There's a few things it could be. My suggestion is to record some datalogs of the problem and post them over at the Holley forum, many of the guys there have the software and can view and help interpret your logs.
