    Red dot has some great fan motors. I have adapted a couple over in some trucks what a difference. Or you could look at the blower fan might be one that would fit that has a better or more fins to pull the air through the evap faster.

    I would do the upgrade while you can fit everything and make it easy for you. Cost is always a factor but doing it while everything is out going to make it easy to handle.

    Cummins has their own. Red stuff. But put the by pass filter on it with the additives built in and you can do distilled water and 40% coolant. Buy the test kits and you can watch your coolant closely. The biggest thing i find in diesels is glycol drop out.

    Kd how many switches if you have more than one you will have to jump it also. Each switch work differently one is for low pressure and the other is for high pressure both should be in line with clutch wire.

    Kd run some nitrogen in the system then spray dish soap on all the fittings. That way you'll know the system is tight or where a leak might be. Good luck and enjoy the a/c when done.

    Is the low side hose hot or cold If there was air in the system the gauges would be bouncing (needles) When you evac and then hook up the hoses to fill you did purge the hose correct

    Couple of questions do you have a low and high pressure switch on the system Is the condenser fan on If you rev it up does it stay cut out. Or does it still cycle. But my first thought is low on freon like stated above.
