Bummer. Did you get the under-dash wiring also. If not, wrong radio should come from fuse Pannel as Your dash lights. I had to refer back to my old under dash harness many times. I did mark what each wire went to on it. Do you have a wiring Diagram?

I don't know why those mice like to chew up wires. I know the newer cars have a soybean coating now days and they love the insulation.

Ho boy it looks like a new box is in order and clean up all the wires coming too it. Heat going through those connectors for all those years will need attention for sure.
