Back then mag wheels mattered! Nobody would be seen with skinny whitewall tires and dork dish hubcaps on their muscle cars! We had an image to maintain! Now that the guys who own these cars are all geezer grandfathers they seem to want to make their muscle cars look like their own grandfathers...

I was just kidding about the Challenger. That car is known as El Hemi. It had torque thrust wheels put on it soon after being bought new. They also put a T/A hood on the car.

I am thinking about this one, because the springs are moved inboard and it has a 70 Dana 60 axle in it which is three inches narrower than the stock 71 b body rear axle. I can get a lot more wheel and tire under this car.
