Take always this into consideration, there are two ways to fix this, one is to adjust the pistons into the cylinder: boring, and the other is to adjust the cylinder into the piston: sleeves.

The engine was seized right? Don't break your head trying to repair that, use new sleeves.

They build cars for drive as a way of transportation , never was the intention of the factory that this cars last more then 50 years, we all have seen perfect examples of restoration they look beautiful when display, few of them get driven, upgrade your car and drive it like you stole it.

I think there's a 8 year waiting list for a passon transmission.

I have to say this, what's wrong with all the other b bodies let's say 68 -70 for you? Nowadays any dodge b body from that particular years is highly desired, am ok with my coronet, even disassemble i get a lot of inquiry about the car, the other guys here can testify for that.
