Not sure if this helps or not, but here is a shot of the nut and washer on my 70. It’s 2 different pieces, a12 cars may be different.

That base looks the same as the one on my 70, which does not have a fresh air hood.

A well known Mopar B body guy in my neighborhood had the exact same setup, he offered it to me for $300, and had it listed and at the swap meet at $500, with everything hanging on it.
