This is a scary tale. I pray you haven't already damaged the cam and lifters with all that cranking. That cranking compression is too low. It should be at least 150. You have probably washed out the cylinders with raw fuel, add a squirt or two of oil in each bore with all the plugs out and crank...
besides loosening the main caps you will need an assistant to gently pry the crank down while you are tapping on the seal with a drift. I made a tool out of a long thin phillips screwdriver. Made it blunt put a slight bend to it so it would follow the cap and avoid the journal.
The finish on the block and heads needs to be perfect for mls gaskets to be effective. That’s a concern for me with the machine shops that are in the area. I just feel more comfortable for long term results using a composition type gasket. In all my years in the field I saw quite a few new cars...

I noticed the end pedestal on each set of rocker assemblies the locating pin hole is oval and not round. Is this normal or do these 2 need to be replaced?
just a quick update, pistons were direct connection forged 12.5:1 pistons. They were milled to reduce the ratio. The rods are factory hemi rods 6.860. Stroke is standard 3.75. So apparently this is where these pistons were supposed to be in the bore at tdc. I'm having a cylinder head chamber...
