What is the function of the epr valve in the compressor and why was it removed? can it function without it? If that doesn't matter I'd say your expansion valve is defective or there may be a restriction in the system. If anything was completely blocked you would pull into a vacuum.
it was more just a curiosity more than anything else. I made sure the hose routing for input output was correct. It would make sense to me that if the hoses have individual part numbers that a piece of paper with instruction's, ie this part number is the input hose. But I have moved on.
Bought heater hoses for my 67 GTX. They have 2 different part numbers stamped on the hoses, I guess one is input hose and the other output. Does anyone which part number should go where?
I agree with your comment on 4 row and even 3 row, they make the tubes so small and then i feel with all those tubes it impedes air flow through the core and they clog quicker.
Now that I had to remove the water pump housing to remove a frozen plug and the heater nipples I’m going to get a new water pump also. Looking for feedback if indeed there is a better water pump for cooling than just getting an air Tex from auto zone. For a 67 GTX Hemi
I had to search all my contacts

he fixes them, can repair any broken nipples, vacuum leaks. Been several years since he fixed the really rare 67 control for me, hope he is still doing them. very reasonable also
I did exactly what you suggest. I separated the door ,replaced the foam and don't remember if I riveted or used small machine screws and nuts but it worked out fine.
1967 Hemi GTX, what would be the correct fan blade. It currently has a 4 blade fan. Last weekend I was out to a show and ran into a fair amount of slow moving traffic, very hot out. Thought it was going to overheat, really close, as soon as I got moving temps come right down. So I'm wondering if...
Sounds like your radiator is good if it maintains temp of 185 while your moving, if your not concerned about stock appearance add a shrouded electric fan for slow moving traffic situations
