That will keep same width front n back and same diameter of 26.6" front n 28" rear. Pick your poison on tire brands.
The 275/60 is not based on "any" rim diameter. Regardless of whether it is a 15, 16, 17, or 22" rim. 275 will "Always" be 10.8"+- and the sidewall will always be 6.5". 6.5 + 6.5 = 13" then add the rim diameter for overall diameter.
Go here for tire, gear, rpm calculator. I went 225/60-15 to keep factory 14" diameter and speedo correct.

I am not sure what you are showing here, a 14" hubcap on a 15" wheel? If so, did you modify something? I have my original 14" hubcaps for my '67 Coronet n would love to run them sometimes. I currently have 15x8 police wheel repops.
Can't remember the company I got these from, 15x7 with proper backspace. Brand new repop. I wanna say I paid $75 apiece. Original stainless dogdish not included.
