when we make Hemi K members from non Hemi K members we use the same fixture for 64-70 When I did my 1965 I had to re drill the tranny mount. It does move it back. The TTI headers fit fine
I’m doing a 1965 with a Gerst front suspension. I bought a 2018 Demon engine, and tranny for it. I won’t be installing it till next year. I know I will have to rework the tranny tunnel for sure. Good luck
There is a metal shield that bolts to it. If nobody can show you a picture of one I can next week. Out of town till next week. Remind if you still need it by then

I used the stock mount, I cut off the end plate and re drilled the mounting hole on the cross member.Then re welded plates on the front and back to keep it in place.

bought a air cleaner from summit Part # PRO-302-350 and machined .850 off the neck gained 9/16 from the stock bottom.they are $54 each.I haven't cut the under side of the hood yet but they due clear with the filter on, so is should work.Thought this mite be helpful if your having...
Yes they are Indy heads. Thinking I will take a different air cleaner with the same 5/8 drop and cut off where the air filter goes and drop it down around 3/4". If this works i will modify the stock ones. Also plan on taking out the under hood brace and cut holes in it for clearance.
I bought a 1965 dodge with a mopar performance max wedge intake on. It came with stock repo air cleaners that are to tall and the hood won't close.Is there some thing out that works with this intake? They are 11" dia.It seams if I cut the hood that they would hit the hood scoop. Any ideas? Thanks
