Gen II Charger Looking at 18" rims and tires what fits well

Just keep to the same overall dimensions as a 15" For instance, 28" tall in the rear is good, little shorter up front.

street/ sticky tires to replace my 295/50r15

Imo coopers or bfg's would be very much the wrong pair of shoes at that power level. You want a max performance summer tire - but that means moving from 15". Next best is one of the harder/hybrid 15" drag radial.

How Wide Is Your Tire/Wheel Combo On The 69 Cornet Sedan?

Are 4dr and 2dr different? 29.5x 10.5" slicks with 8.5" rims with 5" backspace fit my 69 Coronet. You need backspacing to make it work

American racing wheels question ..is this a good deal? Will they fit ?

8-8.5 is still probably it if you lock in the 4.5" backspace. 10" with more backspace probably works. I haven't tried on my 72 to lend direct experience

ONE MORE 18 INCH WHEEL QUESTION

A 17", but I can offer that when I ran my fury rims on my charger, the 28.5" tall fronts would catch the arch trim when backing up turning. You're talking significantly shorter however

    Any one running 325 50 R 15 on 69 Coronet Superbee's?

10" section, 12" total. 5.5" bs 3300# ss springs, it doesn't sit super high

    Any one running 325 50 R 15 on 69 Coronet Superbee's?

Mine might be 5.5 bs as well. Car is at the shop but they were older slicks with pretty wide/bulgy sidewalls, definitely not space efficient.

    Any one running 325 50 R 15 on 69 Coronet Superbee's?

Fwiw 30x10x15 slicks on 10" rims fit in my 69. Not much more tho. I think the rims are 6" backspace

15s to 17s tire size dilemma

Yes and 28" would work better on my charger and 27" up front. Driver's side would rub the front fender wheel lip molding when backing up at a turn

15s to 17s tire size dilemma

I went with these: https://atturo.com/tire/az800/6771 275/55R17 235/60R17 Those were to be really close to 235/70/15 and 275/60/15. They are a little taller - worked ok on my Fury, a little tight on the Charger. The fronts aren't as wide as the Firestone Indy500's I had in 235/70/15 even...

15s to 17s tire size dilemma

I went 15's to 17's for my 70 fury and have used on my charger as well, they make a big difference in handling. I have a wide body hellcat, the 305's up front definitely catch the road, if you're not autocrossing or something I wouldn't go too wide up front
