To me, if you want od you really need more tq either with stronger engine or more rear gear. 318 with 2.50 gear probably has poor vacuum readings lugging along as someone else mentioned. 80's 318s did it but with 302 casting...
I have now found a harness from a 72, seems to line up mostly, but was a clock not a tach.
Snagged the wiper switch that was posted here as well. I'll pm you in case your harness is a perfect match
It's for a 74, and I need the switches and wiring harness (or make my own), but will greatly improve what you see when sitting in the car (has the standard sweep dash)
My 72 is a clone, but has the RR grill. I have a 72 440 for it, and the stuff to convert to buckets and console shift.
I'm with the guys who say it's probably worth more than you're giving credit if in great shape. I'd vote love it as built or sell it to someone who does and go buy a SB project to restomod.

Would the windshield and door glass from a 72 2 door Satellite fit a 73 Charger SE? Assuming windshield would but wondering if the SE quarter window treatment means the door glass is special?
