How do you remove the parking brake assembly?

Just don't fall for any ridiculously-priced units. I saw some dreamer had one listed for $200 somewhere. $50 or less is a fair price. I think 66-70 should all be the same - bring yours for comparison.

    B BODIES AND E BODIES

The sway bar design changed from '69 to '70 and so did the K-member. I'm not sure if they made a change to the LCA's for that or not. The uppers are probably the same right from '66 to '70. You could actually use the earlier B-body stuff if you don't care about originality - the sway bar will...

    1970 b-body Passenger Mirror Option

ALL holes - regardless of the panel - are stamped when the panel is still a flat blank. That way all the punches are moving on the same plane. Doesn't matter make or model - its how the stamping process works. Also, a number of holes are locator holes for the rest of the stamping or forming...

    Rotisserie Length for 69 Coronet

I build and sell rotisseries. I usually recommend an additional 4 feet added to the total length of the car. You need whatever distance the rotisserie pivot posts will need plus some working room at each end to be able to open the trunk and/or hood (these swing outwards a couple inches as they...

    1970 Rear End-Caps Paint W/WO Car?

On '69's those extensions were installed at the factory (no gasket) and seam sealed before paint. I know this because I bought my car 50 years ago in original condition. When I disassembled the car a few years back there were no gaskets in there no need, the seam sealer served the purpose. But...

69 GTX 2 Speed Wiper Replacement

Sometimes a good deal is just a good deal !!! Keep in mind restorers are making the thing look original with proper date codes and all that other BS and charge accordingly. A reman unit only has to work.

    QA1 engine location.

    Not possible !!

    QA1 engine location.

If that's a '70 car then the problem is simply the air cleaner. It's not correct for that year and that's why it doesn't clear the hood properly. Also, the engine "may be" at the wrong angle. If you were to shim the trans up 1/4" at the mount it would probably allow everything to clear.

    QA1 engine location.

Video doesn't show the wiper motor !! Also, how do you know the carb is in the same position on the CH4B as it is on a stock intake ?!?!

    Settle a Bet

I don't think you could get a hemi in either a Satelite OR a Belvedere in '69. Hemi equivalents to the Satelite or Belvedere would have been a GTX or Road Runner - both available in ragtops. Prior to 68 you could have had a hemi GTX or Belvedere but again, no Satelite.
