Top is original, lower piece is Rustoleum textured - two coats. Would have been a little better with a single coat over a black base - would have been a little less coarse.
Thing to keep in mind is the coarseness of the finish varied from color to color, in different plants, different models...

Yes, yes and no. As for the roofline piece, I believe if you remove that front screw the piece will drop down enough to get the pillar molding in. If not, then remove the back screw and off it comes.
Door panels look like my low end Road Runner. The seats look correct only based on the hinge covers but the seat covers are wrong and what little I can see of the headrests they're wrong as well. Also, I'm thinking a Satelite with buckets would have had the center "buddy seat".
To do the switches, go to the dollar store and buy some rubber erasers. Trim them so you have an edge about the width of the letters. Brush a thin coat of paint on the eraser then lightly press it onto the letters on the panel. Wipe the remaining paint off the eraser then repeat the process for...
SEM is widely available - no "ordering online", paying shipping, long waits, etc, etc.. It lays out beautifully. Coverage with a single coat meaning you don't lose the definition of the grain in the plastic parts. Touch-ups blend without a trace. "Landau black" is a perfect match to Mopar black...
The "bearings" are actually rollers and I believe there are only two per track. Regardless, I cleaned and blasted mine without taking them apart - no issues at all. Clean and degrease first so the blast media has nothing to stick to. Give them another good cleaning after blasting. The tracks...
The top dash pads will interchange - even though they're slightly different.
Heater controls ... should be the same
Ign switch .. same on both
Harness "may" be different for the different style gauges but that should be easy enough to resolve with a FSM. The switches are all the same or similar...
