The top piece is the original factory finish, the item below it is the Rustoleum. You have to lay it on in light coats till you get the desired texture, you can't just shoot paint at it and expect...
Its a close as your nearest Walmart - SERIOUSLY !!

This is the chrome bezel which surrounds the gauges on a '68 or '69 B-body Plymouth gauge cluster.
This piece was stripped then re-chromed (spray chrome). Its not a perfect "concours" piece but it is good enough for a decent resto or driver.
